Requesting an access
Our private portal is available for distributors, dealers and installers only.
We protect the access to our software, updates, etc because they always need to be done carefully and technical knowledge is requested to do so. We then recommend that only professional installers do the updates to avoid bad handling.
How to request an access to the private portal?
- If you are an end-user, please contact your installer.
- If you are a dealer/installer, please ask your distributor to send us the request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Or you can do it by yourself, putting your distributor in copy, so he can validate the request.
- If you are a distributor, you should already have an access. But if you don’t, please send us a request at email@example.com
How do I access my portal?
Once you request is validated, you will receive an automatic email from the website :
Click on the link. It will allow you to choose a password:
Once it is done, you are all set! You just need to go back on the private portal access page and enter your login and password.
