The ISP series of processors use DSP chips dedicated to pure audio processing. The DSP handles audio only, in real-time, meaning there is no interference from the OS, which is handled on another level.

In addition, the audio synchronisation inside the StormAudio chain is generated locally with high-precision clock, allowing the DACs to work in an optimal condition to achieve the best possible sound quality.

To complement this high-definition digital audio processing, the ISP series was designed with attention to detail in its analog section with a dedicated low-noise power supply and advanced audio circuitry (such as the newly introduced hybrid analog/digital volume adjustment), challenging the performance of some of the best high-end stereo pre-amplifiers.

A fully customizable and intuitive Web User Interface (WebUI) brings StormAudio’s legendary sonic signature to the command of the integrator’s fingertips, allowing for perfect audio immersion in every home.

We further enhance this experience by utilizing bleeding-edge Dirac Live technologies, including Dirac Live’s bass control module first implemented by StormAudio. With this powerful tool integrators can ensure that any room has dialed-in immersive audio with an automated calibration process, including the management of multiple subwoofers, quickly and easily.

What’s more, StormAudio also offers to take this aspect in-house with their Pro Remote Assisted Calibration service. This allows the StormAudio team to analyze the room and drive you through the calibration with precision and accuracy.

Ready for the future

With our modular hardware design, StormAudio products can easily be integrated into future technologies, simply by exchanging module option cards.

Offering full flexibility, the modular design of our products can be adapted to suit any requirement. Started out with 16 channels but want to add more height channels and another subwoofer? No problem, you can add a card to the device to sort that out. Bought an analog machine but want to switch to digital? There is a card for that too. Using the same architecture as a base, you can add channels or change input types as you wish.

We are always improving our products. Most improvements, including features suggested by users, are released by software upgrades—meaning your device will always be kept up to date.
