All of which requires the precise installation of multiple speakers, AV technology, and acoustic solutions. In its 2023 analysis of the home entertainment market, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cepro.com\/audio-video\/home-theater\/2023-home-entertainment-market-report-gives-mixed-signals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">industry publication CEPro<\/a> found that 67 percent of installed home theaters\u2014including multipurpose entertainment spaces\u2014featured immersive audio systems.<\/p><p>For residential integrators, installing an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stormaudio.com\/processors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">immersive audio system<\/a> takes an understanding of the technology involved, but more importantly, it requires careful consideration of the room where it will be enjoyed. Because as soon as integrators install all those speakers in a room, plus an immersive-capable AV receiver, the homeowner no longer hears the speakers \u2014 they hear the room.
